When the payment is successfully made, please send us a Print Screen of the payment details page to info@fulleaf.my. Please keep a hard copy of the successful transaction information once the fund transfer is completed for future reference and may be needed for order payment verification by us anytime.

You may key-in the order number at Reference during the Online Fund Transfer. Extra Bank charge may apply, you may refer to your home bank for more information about the service charge.

Cash on Delivery (Valid for Klang Valley only)

COD only applicable for Klang Valley
Term & condition:
  1. Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than RM200.
  2. Rider will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
  3. You have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery to the rider.
  4. If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment to the rider and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange.
  5. Please do not request rider to open the parcel or package.
  6. Please prepared exact amount of the order for the rider.

Return & Refund Policy

We strictly do not allow any return or refund of the product purchased. However, any return or refund can be allowed on case to case. Please send email to us about the return request.
Products can be returned in compliance of below: –
  • Products must be in the we received is in the original box and/or packaging
    Original packaging including undamaged boxes or packaging, without scratched surfaces.
Please send us an email with the detail of the order no, products items, reason product to be returned or exchanged.
Return or exchanged only can via courier service, as we do not honor any walk in. Please bearer the courier service charge for the return.
We strictly avoid refunding cash values, therefore refund will be made by mean of credit storing in the form of voucher which will send via email.

  1. We process and delivery orders daily (business day). Orders made after 12:00pm will be processed on next business day.
  2. Please allow 2 ~ 3 business days for your order to arrive within Malaysia and 7 days for Singapore
