IMPORTANT:
When the payment is successfully made, please send us a Print Screen of the payment detail page to info@fulleaf.my. Please keep a hard copy of the successful transaction information once the transfer is completed for future references or may be needed for payment verification by us at any time.

You may key-in the order number under the Reference section during the Online Fund Transfer. Extra Bank charges may apply, you may refer to your home bank for more information about the service charge.

Cash on Delivery (Valid for Klang Valley only)

COD only applicable for Klang Valley
Term & condition:
  1. Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than RM200.
  2. Rider will not allow the customer to open the package before payment made.
  3. You have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of the delivery from the rider.
  4. If you want to return the package you will need to notify us after payment made to the rider and then you will need to send us back the package at your own expense for return or exchange.
  5. Please do not request rider to open the parcel or package.
  6. Please prepare the exact amount of change to be paid to the rider.

Return & Refund Policy

We strictly do not allow any return or refund of the product purchased. However, any return or refund can be allowed on case to case basis. Please send an email to us about the return request.
Products can be returned in compliance of below: –
  • Products must be in the original box and/or packaging
    Original packaging including undamaged boxes or packaging, without scratched surfaces.
Please send us an email with the detail of the order no, product items, reason for a product to be returned or exchanged.
Return or exchanged only can be done via courier service, as we do not honor any walk in. Please bearer the courier service charge for the return.
We strictly avoid refunding cash values, therefore refund will be made by giving store credit in the form of a voucher which will be sent via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Policies

  1. We process and delivery orders daily (business days). Orders made after 12:00pm will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Please allow 2 ~ 3 business days for your order to arrive within Malaysia and 7 days for Singapore

  • Poslaju: RM 7.00 (2-3 day WM), RM 10 (4-5 days EM)

  • COD (Klang Valley): RM 10.00 (Next Day Delivery)
