1.0 About Account registration

1.1 Do I need to register account for the purchase?

Yes, you have to register an account for the product purchase, the registration is very simple just take you few minute

1.2 How to do if I forgot my account’s password?

1.3 How do I change my account information?

Login to your account, go to [ACCOUNT DETAILS] and edit the information you want

1.4 I didn’t receive any email from Fulleaf even I was created account/ placed order

The possible cause may the email log to junk mail and any other folder. Please check the email address sent from Fulleaf ( and accept the email.

2.0 About shipping/delivery

2.1 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, for the time being, we ship our goods to Singapore with good shipping rate and other countries with standard Internation Shipping charger. However, the shipping charge in FulleafTea.Store are excluded any Taxes occur during import to your destination coutry

2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2 – 4 working days.

2.3 Which courier service company that you are using?
