Green Tea Overnight Oat Meal

Green tea meets overnight oats! Yes, get excited! Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. If you like to amp up the health factor of your meals by any (delicious) means necessary, this overnight oatmeal is for you.

All you have to do to whip up a bowl is fill a mason jar or Tupperware container with grains, toppings, add-ins and a liquid like milk or water. Then you throw it in the refrigerator. While you’re sleeping, the flavors fuse together so all you have to do is scarf it down next morning—no cooking required!

1) Plain Greek yogurt
2) Rolled oats
3) Full cream milk
4) Chia seeds
5) Honey
6) Green Tea Powder
7) Dried Cranberry


1) Add all the ingredients above to a medium-large bowl and mix
2) Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.In the morning, top with bananas, berries, or additional nuts and enjoy!
